If you’ve been thinking, “I might need to leave… but what else would I do? I feel stuck. I can’t keep doing this,” you’re not alone. It’s not only workload. For many teachers, this touches identity: who you are without the lanyard.

If you’ve changed the scenery and still feel the same, you’re not imagining it—the identity piece was left untouched. Here’s why the usual fixes don’t stick.
Tweaks (new grade level, new school): change the setting, but the same feelings come back.
Jobs around education but not in the classroom: district office, curriculum writing, edtech, corporate training — often don’t fit pay, schedule, or family life.
Some teachers leave and return because the identity piece wasn’t addressed, so the same issues follow.

You don’t need more opinions or tips or another job board. You need a gentle reset at the identity level, so choices feel steadier. That’s why I created The Teacher Identity Reset Program. It helps you:

• Quiet the mental chatter so you can hear yourself again.
• See real options (stay, reshape, or step out) without pressure.
• Make calm decisions you can stand by.

When you’re stuck in the cycle of “Should I stay? Should I go? What if I regret it?” the hardest part is knowing where to start.
That’s why I built a clear, 4-step process inside The Teacher Identity Reset Program.
We ease the guilt, the “shoulds,” and pressure so your own voice gets louder.

We connect the dots on what’s really been driving the stress. No blame, no shame.

You remember who you are beyond the title and map options that actually fit.

You start trusting yourself more and move forward at a pace that feels safe.

No extra homework—just clarity and a steadier way forward. Here’s what you’ll leave with:
Clarity on your next step. Stay or leave — with reasons that feel solid.
Confidence in who you are beyond the role.
Relief from guilt and second‑guessing.
A simple, doable path for the next chapter.
So how do we actually do this without piling on tasks or more overthinking?
We use RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®).

Here’s the simple version of what RTT® is and what happens in a session—no mystery, no hype. This is how it helps you make decisions that feel solid.
• RTT® = Rapid Transformational Therapy. It uses hypnosis — a relaxed, focused state — so we can reach the part of your mind that runs habits and beliefs.
• You stay aware and in control. You can speak or open your eyes at any time.
• Why it helps: It quiets the inner noise, updates the story about who you have to be, and makes room for steady, confident choices.
• Your custom audio: A short hypnosis recording to listen nightly for 21–28 days to help the new pattern settle in.

Here’s exactly what’s inside the program so you know what you’re getting and how we’ll work together.
Gentle, deep‑dive intake session: I get to understand you, not just your résumé.
Two RTT® sessions (Zoom).
Personalized recordings (15-20 min) to listen daily for minimum of 21–28 days.
Check‑ins at 24hours, 7days, and 21days + a short 28‑day follow‑up call.
Support between sessions so changes have space to land.

The role that once fit now feels too heavy or uncertain.
You’ve tried tweaks and still feel stuck.
You want clarity, direction and a decision you won’t regret.
You want a résumé, workshop or job board.
You want someone else to decide for you.
Daily listening for 21–28 days isn’t possible right now (it’s a key part of the process).
There’s plenty of advice out there; this isn’t more of the same. Here’s what makes this approach stand out for teachers.
We work at the subconscious level, where the real block tends to live.
Created by a teacher, for teachers. I understand the invisible weight of this profession.
Not about pushing you out of teaching or keeping you in. It’s about what fits now.
RTT® clears the old pattern; your daily audio helps the new one take root.

A veteran teacher thought her spark was gone. After RTT®, her energy and confidence returned and she started saying “yes!” to life again.
A retired teacher, held back by pain and guilt, picked up her brush and kept going.
A principal worried about memory and confidence. Once we cleared the block, recall improved and so did self‑trust.

Doing nothing isn't free, Staying in the “maybe” loop takes a toll.
These are the quiet costs that tend to add up.
Physical: sleepless nights, bone‑deep exhaustion.
Mental: looping, overthinking, decision paralysis.
Emotional: guilt, feeling trapped.
Relationships: stress spilling over at home and school.
Career: another year waiting, hoping things change, while losing yourself in the process.
The Teacher Identity Reset Program breaks the cycle so you can see clearly whether the role still fits or if it’s time for something new.
Includes: intake session, two RTT® sessions, personalized recordings (21+ days), check‑ins, and integration support.
The experience feels different for different people. Don’t expect to feel ‘hypnotised’. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.
No! That’s an old tale. You are in control the whole time. We will have a normal conversation. You can agree and disagree during the whole session, you control everything. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave to go to the bathroom. If it is a remote session and our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice anymore and open your eyes.
Hypnosis is just a natural state of relaxation, like before falling asleep. It is like daydreaming and you may or may not notice going deeper into that natural state when it is suggested to you. We think we have never done it before although we do it every day. Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works just by getting into the different brainwave state that is the same as when you’re in REM-state. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask you to block 2.5 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.
Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Important is that you relax and just surrender to the thought that it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.
What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning you attached to an experience and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy® – every person is different:
a) Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
b) Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
c) Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
No belief required — just a willingness to relax and follow simple prompts. You stay aware and in control.
Great. We’ll use your clarity to redesign the role, so it fits who you are now.
Listen to your custom audio nightly for 21–28 days and notice what changes.

After 45 years in the classroom, my school closed overnight.
I asked the same question you might be asking: “Who am I if I’m not teaching?” RTT® helped me realize I hadn’t left teaching — I’d expanded it.
Now I guide teachers through the same gentle reset.

If you’ve read this far, something’s landing. Maybe it’s the late-night thought you’ve been pushing away. Maybe it’s the whisper that says, “I can’t keep doing this forever.”
You don’t need all the answers right now. You don’t have to know whether you’ll stay or go. You just need the courage to take the first step toward clarity.
That’s what The Teacher Identity Reset Program is for.
We’ll sit down (virtually), talk through your situation, and see if this program is right for you. No pressure. Just a real conversation about what’s possible for you.
